The sole purpose of the content you put on your squeeze page should be to just get the prospect to give you his/her email address. If you thoroughly went over my last section, you’ll remember how I talked about the importance of having an autorespnder.
When setting up your squeeze page (capture page), this is where your autoresponder will go.
The idea is to provide your prospects with an offer that ‘entices’ them to opt-in. Upon opting in, they should be led right up to your landing page containing your offer or access to it. Quick note: as discussed in the section on your landing page, your offer should be valuable information or anything that will benefit the people in your target niche.
Your squeeze page will contain nothing but an introduction to the offer they will find on the next page when they opt-in – THAT’S IT.
To understand how this will look, picture an ad you have seen somewhere online. This page will basically be nothing but a big ad for the offer your prospects are undconditionally recieving.
